March Bonus Episode: What We’re Learning About Discipline
In today’s episode, we’re talking about the fun, cheery, and exciting topic of … discipline (😅). Before we lose you, quick disclaimer: this conversation has nothing to do with raising our children and everything to do with raising up ourselves. We’re talking about discipline, yes, but we’re also talking about freedom, comparison, perfectionism, and a multitude of other things connected to self-control. We admit discipline isn’t always easy, but it has made our lives easier. The bottom line? While we’re learning discipline requires self-awareness and consistency, we’re also discovering room for grace in this equation, and how a step in the right direction is always, always, better than nothing.
