Photo essay by Erin Jackson. Erin is a mom of two young kids, military spouse, and hobbyist photographer. After moving from the United States to Canada in university, she and her husband have moved around across the country and recently settled down to raise their kids by the ocean in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Erin loves to document her family’s story through creative lifestyle and documentary photography, in all its chaotic glory. She spends her days working on conservation and climate policy and her evenings and weekends going on adventures - big and small—with her kids, usually with a camera in hand.
